The whole market,
read at a glance.
Seven timeframes · one clear read · every reason shown
JOStocks scans every timeframe at once and returns a single UP · HOLD · DOWN on each symbol — with the full plain-English reasoning behind it, and a scorecard that grades every call against what price actually did next. It never connects to a brokerage account, and it cannot place a trade.
| Symbol | 1m | 5m | 15m | 30m | 1h | 4h | 1d |

| SPY | UP | HOLD | HOLD | UP | UP | UP | UP |

How a reading is made
A consensus you can take apart.
The point of the terminal is not the verdict. It is that you can always see what produced it, and check whether it has been right.
- ScanEvery symbol on the watchlist is pulled across all seven timeframes from public market-data endpoints, on a schedule the terminal manages itself.
- VoteTrend, momentum, volume, money-flow and market-structure measures each have their say. One without enough history to be calculated stays silent rather than guessing.
- WeighPrice action, options order-flow, capital flow and news sentiment are combined under a calibrated weighting, so a lone dissenting reading cannot carry a cell on its own.
- GradeOnce the outcome is known the call is scored against what price actually did, and the record is kept where you can see it.
What it does
Built for reading the market, not for placing bets on it.
One scan, every timeframe, and the reasoning kept in view throughout.
Dozens of measures, one reading
Trend, momentum, volume and money-flow, and liquidity and market-structure — folded into a single UP, HOLD or DOWN rather than left as a wall of numbers to reconcile by eye.
What you see is what votes
The indicators drawn on the chart are the same ones speaking for the cell above it — trend, momentum and retracement, each read the way the eye reads it. No hidden family decides a reading you cannot look at.
Flow and sentiment, weighed in
Options order-flow, large-order capital flow and news sentiment computed on the device sit alongside the price indicators, and can confirm or override a call.
Every timeframe at once
1m through 1d in a single grid, so a signal that exists on one timeframe and nowhere else is visible as exactly that — rather than as a reading you have to go looking for the contradiction to.
The reasoning, always
Select any cell for the reasoning behind it: what spoke for the call, what spoke against it, the levels involved, and how the symbol sits against the rest of the watchlist. Nothing is a black box to the person holding it.
A scorecard it keeps on itself
Every call is graded against what price actually did next, and the running record stays on the device. The terminal measures itself rather than asking to be trusted.
Alerts
Four switches, and each one means only itself.
Alerts are off until you turn them on, and every category can be turned off on its own without silencing the others.
Stance changes
A notification when a symbol's consensus changes stance on a timeframe you chose. A reading that dips and returns is deliberately not announced twice.
Economic releases
Major scheduled US releases — rate decisions, inflation prints, the monthly employment report — with the consensus figure beforehand and the published number when it lands.
Earnings reminders
Scheduled for the symbols on your active watchlist, ahead of the report, so a position is never surprised by a date that was on the calendar all along.
Price targets
Set a level on any symbol and be told when price reaches it. One-shot by default, or recurring — a recurring target re-arms only after price has moved away from the level, so resting on it does not fire repeatedly.
Pause until a date
Going away? Pause everything until a date you name, rather than switching four things off and hoping to remember all four. A pause states when it ends, and then ends.
On time, not eventually
Signal and calendar notifications are decided and dispatched by a machine that watches the market continuously, so they arrive when the event happens rather than when a phone next chooses to wake an app.
By design
What it deliberately does not do.
These are properties of how the software is built, not promises about how it is used.
- It cannot place, modify or cancel a trade. There is no order-entry capability in the software at all — not disabled, not gated: absent.
- It never connects to your brokerage account. No login, no credentials, and no visibility of your positions, balances or order history.
- It takes no custody of funds and processes no payments.
- It requires no account and collects no personal information. Access uses an activation code that identifies nobody on its own.
- It contains no advertising, analytics, telemetry or third-party tracking — in the software, and on this website.
The full detail — including exactly what is sent if you switch notifications on, and what is deleted when you switch them off — is on the privacy page and in §2 of the terms.
Where it runs
The same engine on every screen you use.
One codebase, built natively for each platform — not a web page in a wrapper on the phone and a real app on the desktop.
iPhone and iPad
Native app, with a Home Screen and Lock Screen widget showing the current reading for a watchlist you pick.
Mac
Native desktop app — the full terminal, with watchlists and alert settings that stay in step with your iPhone through your own iCloud account.
Coverage is US stocks and ETFs, US futures, and Brazilian B3 equities. Market data comes from public endpoints; the software holds no exchange subscription and provides no real-time exchange feed.
Access
Licensed to clients, by invitation.
JOStocks is not sold from an app-store listing. It is licensed directly under the terms published here, and each client is issued an activation code with their invitation. If you already have a code, the installation instructions came with it. If you would like access, ask — that is the whole process.
Not investment advice. JOStocks is an informational and educational tool. Nothing it produces is a recommendation, solicitation or offer to buy, sell or hold any security, futures contract or other financial instrument, and nothing it produces takes account of your objectives, financial situation or needs. The words UP, DOWN and HOLD are labels describing the output of a mechanical indicator calculation. Neither the software nor its providers are registered as an investment adviser or broker-dealer in any jurisdiction. Indicators describe the past; trading involves risk of loss, including total loss.
